Funding Opportunity
- Tamer Fund for Social Ventures. Established in 2015, this fund provides seed grants of up to $25,000 to early-stage nonprofit, for-profit, and hybrid social and environmental ventures affiliated with Columbia University. Apply by Friday, September 15.
Happening Around Campus
- Neuro-Oncology Wellness Webinar Series: Mental Health (Virtual). CUIMC psychologist, Dr. Ian Sadler, will present on preserving your joy and mental health while managing a challenging diagnosis. Thursday, August 17, 1:00 - 2:00 PM. Register here.
- Situational Awareness Training (Virtual). Public Safety presents this training on Situational Awareness. Learn to be alert to potential threats to your health and safety and be cognizant of emergency exits and other paths to safety. Friday, August 18, 10:00 - 11:00 AM. Register here.
