  • Navigating Complex Times (In-Person). Join us in SIPA for a guided conversation to explore our emotions, shifts within ourselves and our relationships, and how to hold space for complexity – individually and collectively.   • Night @ Butler: Cozy Café (In-Person). Brew up a night full of warmth at Butler Library and enjoy treats from the Hungarian Pastry Shop and cozy sips like coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.   • Yoga and Ayurveda (In-Person). Experience the power of yoga postures, breathwork, and Ayurvedic wellness in this transformative workshop led by yoga therapist Tina Paul and Ayurvedic physician Dr. Krupali Desai.   • Dance Fitness Series: Zumba (The Last Dance) (In Person). Start off your morning with high energy and fun beats in this Zumba Session with University Life and Columbia PEREC.   • Getting Through College: Can AI be a Learning Aid? (In-Person). Dive into a thought-provoking conversation about how AI is shaking things up in the world of academia. This interactive session invites you to share your thoughts, swap ideas, and reflect on how today’s AI tools are being used in classrooms—and what the future might hold.   • Neurodivergence in Academia (In-Person). This rescheduled session from Integrity Week 2025, in partnership with University Life, will explore the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals in a society built for the neurotypical. Friday, April 25, 2:00 - 3:00 p.m. Register here
  • How Can Domestic and International Students Support Each Other? (In-Person). This conversation centers on solidarity—how students from diverse backgrounds, including both domestic and international, can support one another.   • Housing in NYC: On- and Off- Campus Resources (Virtual). The CSSI Case Management & Student Support team is hosting a workshop to break down everything you need to know about housing—from on-campus resources to NYC rentals, tenant rights, subletting, emergency housing, and more.   • Dance Fitness Series: Afro Dance (In-Person). Join University Life for an electrifying dance and fitness workshop with Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation! This isn’t just a workout—it’s an experience.   • Graduate School Application Workshop (In-Person). Choose the right graduate program for you with this workshop led by Charlene Perilla-Iqbal.
