Events & Opportunities with University Life

- Build a Welcoming Network with the Graduate Initiative (In-Person). University Life invites BIPOC and first-generation graduate students from all programs and fields of study, along with allies, to come network and meet fellow students at this welcome event and reception. Make connections, learn about upcoming opportunities with the Graduate Initiative for Inclusion and Engagement, and chat about the transitions you’re navigating so far this academic year. Light refreshments will be provided. Headshots will be available throughout the event on a first-come, first-serve basis. Thursday, September 26, 5 - 7 p.m. Register here.
- Yoga Class (In-Person). Take a break and relax with yoga in Earl Hall hosted by Religious Life. Please bring your own mat and arrive 10 minutes early to sign in and set up! Thursdays, 7 - 8 p.m. Learn More.

Climate Week NYC convenes the most influential climate leaders in partnership with the United Nations General Assembly and in coordination with the United Nations and the City of New York to drive the transition, speed up progress, and champion change. - Prioritizing My Well-being at Columbia with Alice! Health Promotion (Virtual). Attend a webinar series and learn about the resources available at Columbia that can assist in supporting student well-being, including gender-affirming care coordination, health education, substance use/recovery, and more.
