  • Dance Fitness Series: Zumba @ CUIMC (In-Person). Unwind in this Zumba Session hosted by University Life and Columbia PEREC. Whether you are a beginner or a regular, this dance fitness class will leave you feeling refreshed and reenergized. Wednesday, April 16, 6:00 - 7:00 p.m. Register here
  • Community Connections: A Pre-Celebration of APIDA Heritage Month (In-Person). We’re kicking off APIDA Heritage Month a little early with good vibes, meaningful conversations, and delicious snacks that honor the diverse cultures of the Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi American communities.   • Fun & Games on the Lawn (In-Person). Join University Life for a fun-filled afternoon of lawn games, delicious snacks, and good vibes! Enjoy board games, DIY flower crowns, a beanbag toss challenge, and bubbles under the spring sun. With tasty treats like soft pretzels, popcorn, mini hot dogs, and ice cream, combined with great music, it's the perfect way to unwind before finals.   • Columbia and The Met Opera: Legacies of Innovation (In-Person). Learn about the shared histories of two storied New York institutions at this special event hosted at the Metropolitan Opera House.   • Dance Fitness Series: Hip-Hop (Outdoors) (In-Person). Dance the afternoon away with this high-energy Hip-Hop Dance Workshop led by a professional instructor from the Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation.   • Navigating Emotions in a Time of Conflict (In-Person). In response to recent events at Columbia, join us in Kent Hall for a guided conversation to explore our emotions, shifts within ourselves and our relationships, and how to hold space for complexity—both personally and collectively.This event is part of the Campus Conversations initiative.   • Night @ Butler: Cozy Café (In-Person). Brew up a night full of warmth at Butler Library and enjoy treats from the Hungarian Pastry Shop and cozy sips like coffee, tea, and hot cocoa.   • Café Con Fotos: A Bad Bunny Brunch (In-Person). Celebrate culture, community, and El Conejo Malo with brunch bites, cafecito, and a soundtrack made for true fans.   • Become a 2025 - 2026 University Life Ambassador. Passionate about building community at Columbia? As a University Life Ambassador, you can help promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for all Columbia students across our four campuses (Morningside, CUIMC, Manhattanville, and Lamont) and be a part of the many events and initiatives University Life offers.   • The Food Pantry at Columbia: Student Leadership Board Openings. The Food Pantry serves all currently registered students across all Columbia schools, colleges, and affiliates.   • Sacred Music Concerts (Hybrid). Join Religious Life for this free, weekly concert series in St. Paul’s Chapel. Learn more and register for an upcoming concert.

  • Liberation! 80 Years Since the End of World War II in Italy (In-Person). NYU’s David Forgacs and Columbia’s Nadia Urbinati celebrate the commemoration of the end of World War II in Italy.
