Upcoming Events & Opportunities

  • Summer Fitness Series: Outdoor Yoga (In-Person). University Life and PEREC invite you to this free outdoor yoga class! All fitness levels are welcome; participants should bring a mat. Wednesday, August 17, 6:30-7:30 PM. Learn more and register.
  • Situational Awareness Training (Virtual). Public Safety presents a training session on Situational Awareness: being aware of where you are and what is happening around you. Learn to be alert to potential threats to your health and safety and be cognizant of emergency exits and other paths to safety. Friday, August 19, 10:00-11:00 AM. Register here.
  • Call for Low-Lapalooza DJs.  Are you interested in being a DJ for one of Columbia's largest annual student events? Showcase your skills for the Columbia community at this year’s Low-Lapalooza: Silent Disco! Apply here by August 22.
  • Volunteers Needed: Columbia Quest. University Life is looking for volunteers from both the Morningside and CUIMC campuses to help with the Columbia Quest Scavenger Hunt. Sign up here by Sunday, September 4.
  • Become a University Life Ambassador 2022-2023. Passionate about building community at Columbia? As a University Life Ambassador, you can help promote a welcoming, inclusive environment for all Columbia students across all campuses. Apply here by September 18.
