This event will aim to provide an introduction to career readiness and self-development skills focusing on first-generation college students navigating their first job, internship, or fellowship. Whether you are new to the workplace or pivoting careers, panelists will provide strategic tips and tools to help you make the most of an entry-level job. This event will focus on important aspects of career advancement, including professionally advocating for yourself, developing your professional network,  identifying areas for continual growth, and creating a plan of action.
