- Catch the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
Kick off the holiday season with millions of spectators for the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Enjoy performances, giant balloons of popular characters, marching bands, and fantastical floats. Beginning on the Upper West Side at 8:30 a.m. and ending at Macy’s Herald Square around noon, you’ll want to grab a spot early for the best viewing! If you can’t make it in person, NBC and Peacock will be airing the parade live.
- Watch the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting
Standing at 75 feet tall, this year’s Norway Spruce comes from East Greenbush, NY, and will take center stage at the annual Rockefeller Center tree lighting on Wednesday, December 3 at 7:00 p.m. Adorned with more than 50,000 multicolored lights and topped with a star, the tree will remain on display through mid-January 2026.
