Planning Ahead for Travel and Stepping Away from Stress

November 11, 2021

Dear Students,

We are at a busy and intense point in the semester; it’s the perfect moment to carve out some time to de-stress, even if it’s just a few minutes of your day.

Take a Moment to Step Away from Stress

It can be difficult to step away from your task at hand when you need to relieve stress but are unsure how to go about it. If you’re finding yourself in this situation, NPR’s Joy Generator is a great resource! Whether you are looking for soothing sounds or writing prompts, this website can help you take a moment just for yourself and your well-being.

Traveling for the Holidays?

With the holidays approaching, many of you may be planning trips to visit friends and family. As you make arrangements, please take a moment to review the University’s Fall 2021 Travel Restrictions, as well as the CDC’s recommendations for holiday travel and gatherings.

Reminder: Flu Shot Requirement

Please note that the flu shot is mandatory for all students, and proof of vaccination must be uploaded by November 30. You can get your flu shot from any provider, just be sure to get proof of vaccination!

Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected].

Take care,
