Free Walk-In Flu Shots Now Available!

October 07, 2021

Dear Students,

I hope you are well and settled into the rhythm of the Fall term. Our COVID-19 numbers continue to improve, thanks to all of your efforts to keep the Compact. Thank you.

Based on questions students have shared with us this week, we wanted to share some quick reminders with you.

Masking Indoors - Including Libraries
As a reminder, keeping our community safe remains a top priority; masks are required in all indoor spaces on campus. This includes the libraries, where policy mandates wearing a mask at all times, including when alone and when in closed study rooms with your friends. Students not in compliance may be reported and asked to leave the building.

Off Campus COVID-19 Tests:
Some of you have shared questions about what steps to take in the event that you test positive for COVID-19 through an outside provider. If you receive a positive COVID-19 test from a non-Columbia provider, your next step with the University must be to share this information via email at [email protected] as soon as you are able. Doing so helps the Columbia University Contact Tracing Team provide you with guidance and support as you isolate, while identifying and reaching out to any students who may have been exposed.
