Thriving Under Pressure: Mental Health Strategies for Uncertainty

March 26, 2025
3:30 PM - 5:00 PM
America/New_York
Kent Hall, 1140 Amsterdam Ave., New York, NY 10027 CVTI - Room 205

Grad school can feel like a constant balancing act— balancing research, relationships, finances, and personal well-being, all while navigating the uncertainty of your future. These compounded stresses can take a significant toll on mental and emotional well-being.

Join us for a presentation focused on building resilience by understanding the impact of stress on both the mind and body. Participants will gain practical tools to manage emotional overwhelm, regulate stress, and shift their mindset to better handle both academic and personal pressures. By the end of the session, attendees will be equipped with strategies to navigate uncertainty with confidence, fostering a sense of control and clarity in high-pressure situations.

This workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Keoshia Worthy, PhD.

RSVP is required. Light refreshments will be provided.
