Join the Graduate Initiative as we continue to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month by bringing Sunset Salsa to Columbia! We’re bringing the sabor and energy of Nueva Yol’s salsa scene to campus with a special night led by world-renowned salsa instructor Talia Castro-Pozo.
This event is held in collaboration with the International Students and Scholars Office (ISSO), celebrating the richness of Latin culture and our vibrant international community.
Whether you're a novice or an advanced dancer, all levels are welcome. We’ll kick off the night with beginner salsa lessons, then swing into an open dance floor featuring NYC’s top salsa instructor and DJ.

This event is part of The Graduate Initiative for Inclusion and Engagement and was designed with the needs of students from backgrounds historically facing barriers to higher education in mind, including BIPOC and first-generation students. All students are welcome.
