We’ll cover tools like time-blocking and the Eisenhower Matrix to help you plan your days more effectively, along with tips for avoiding distractions and beating procrastination.

By participating in this workshop, you’ll walk away with a personalized approach to managing your schedule so you can stay on top of schoolwork, make time for yourself, and feel more confident balancing it all.

This workshop is being conducted in partnership with Butler Library.
