Join graduate students Demi Fortson, Madison Ogletree, and Sam Niu for Reflecting on Burnout. During this Campus Conversation, participants will be invited to reflect on the particular challenges that graduate students of color face regarding burnout individually and collectively. We hope participants will leave with a better understanding of the shared difficulties, and indeed the shared nature of those difficulties, that people of color face in academia, as well as tools and ideas for countering those difficulties on a personal level and community-wide.
