Additionally, salary negotiation is a crucial consideration for your professional life. Studies show that less than 10% of women negotiate their salary while almost 60% of men do. Understanding how to negotiate your starting salary and benefits are critical factors in deciding which job to take and for job satisfaction.
In honor of Women’s History Month, join University Life in partnership with the office of Career Services at the Mailman School of Public Health in a workshop discussing networking and salary negotiation.
