Have you ever procrastinated before? Do you have a favorite triumph story that involves a late night, perhaps an all-nighter, or some form of last-minute prep that led to success? Do you ever feel frustrated, like you are procrastinating even when you don’t want to? If you answered, “yes” to any of these questions, this session is for you! Join Alice! Health Promotion and University Life for a conversation about procrastination, to both better understand it, and also develop some actionable strategies to help you manage your procrastination moving forward. Registration is required. Register here!
