Free Friday Fitness Class: Indoor Cycling

Get moving with a free fun fitness class, led by a PEREC instructor! The NEW Indoor Cycling Studio is outfitted with state-of-the-art Schwinn Z-bikes with the Zone console. Join in on a ride lead by the fantastic cycling instructors, designed to challenge and build your power and endurance. All fitness levels are welcome. Please wear closed-toe athletic shoes. The event will take place in Dodge Fitness Center, Indoor Cycling Studio (formerly Squash Court 5). Please review the liability waiver before registering: bit.ly/fitnessliabilitywaiver

RSVP is required and space is limited. After you complete your registration and read the liability waiver, you'll receive a confirmation email.
