Whether you crochet, knit, embroider, quilt, weave, cross-stitch, punch needle, or sew, this event is a chance to craft, chat, and find your creative community. Work on a project, meet new people, and spend an afternoon making alongside fellow students who share your passion for fiber arts.
What you can expect:
- Bring your own fiber arts project, or try one provided by University Life
- Share ideas and connect over a shared love of the fiber arts with fellow artists
- Show off your favorite creations on our digital photo wall and find inspiration from others
- Enjoy a relaxing environment and unwind with new friends

All skill levels and all types of fiber projects are welcome.
This event is part of Welcome Week, which is a series of free events designed to welcome all new and returning students to campus. that are free and open to all students.
This event is part of Find a Friend, a social connection series designed to help students build friendships through shared interests and hobbies.
Registration is encouraged, but not required. This event is first come, first to enter, until space capacity is reached. Please bring your CUID.
