Join the University Life Events Council for Dinner with Strangers: Columbia Bites and Trivia Nights!
Dinner with Strangers is an annual University Life Events Council event designed to bring students together to meet new people, form meaningful connections, and build a sense of community—all while sharing a meal. This year’s event will feature connection bingo, trivia, student performances, and dinner and a light dessert from local restaurants around Columbia's campuses, including Morningside, CUIMC, and Manhattanville.
RSVP is required to attend, and seating is limited. Waitlisted individuals will be emailed before the event if there is space available. This event is part of Welcome Week Spring 2025. Welcome Week events are free and open to all students, from all schools and campuses. See a full list of Welcome Week events.
We encourage everyone to come prepared to meet new people! To help foster connections, attendees who arrive together will not be seated next to one another during the event. Additionally, food will not be available at the beginning of the event, so please plan to stay for the entirety of the event to enjoy dinner.
This event is open to all students from all schools and campuses. CUID is required to attend.
