Dance Fitness Series: Afro Dance

Join University Life for an electrifying dance and fitness workshop with Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation! This isn’t just a workout—it’s an experience. Expect high-energy moves, rhythmic beats, and a space to celebrate movement, culture, and community!

What to Expect:

  • Afrocentric dance & fitness fusion – Feel the rhythm and move your body in ways that feel empowering and freeing!
  • Step-by-step guidance from an expert instructor from Alvin Ailey Dance Foundation.
  • Check-in & Warm-up begins at 5:00 PM—come early to get ready to dance!
  • RSVP is required for entry. Please only RSVP if you’re certain you can attend to help us minimize last-minute cancellations.
  • Waitlisted students will be allowed entry on a first come first serve basis until the space capacity is reached.

This event is a part of the Dance Fitness Series and The Graduate Initiative for Inclusion and Engagement by University Life.
