Breathe In, Breathe Out: An Interactive Workshop

The "Breathe In, Breathe Out" workshop is a skill-based workshop that provides psychoeducation on the benefits of meditation and mindfulness. During the workshop, you will participate in 3-5 guided meditation practices and have the opportunity to share your thoughts and hear from your peers about their opinion of each exercise. Finally, you will be provided strategies to help begin your own mindfulness practices. 

This workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Keoshia Worthy, PhD.

This event is part of The Graduate Initiative for Inclusion and Engagement.
