Enjoy a FREE Barre3 studio fitness class at Wien Hall. Bring a friend and get ready to work out a sweat! Brought to you by the Office of University Life, and part of Wellness Days at Columbia (February 11-15). Barre3 delivers a full body workout using only low-impact movements to tone the entire body, and improve posture and balance. Please bring a yoga mat and wear Yogalike attire (ie: leggings or long shorts, comfortable top). Arrive at least 10 minutes before the workout. **RSVP is recommended, but not required. Please bring your CUID.***
