Get moving with a fun in-person fitness class, led by PEREC instructor Pepper! The yoga class will include a variety of bodyweight exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness, functional strength, core strength and posture. All fitness levels are welcome. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat.
We suggest that you bring a yoga mat for comfort while you perform these exercises. Due to COVID protocols ,we are unable to provide extra mats.
