Success Workshop: Overcoming Impostor Syndrome

What is the Impostor Syndrome? Why do so many great students experience this feeling of inadequacy? This program will discuss signs and causes of the Impostor Syndrome and provide exercises designed to help students feel more confident in their abilities here at Columbia. Led by Shirley Matthews, PhD. Senior Psychologist, Counseling and Psychological Services RSVP is recommended, but not required. Please bring your CUID.
