Sleep 101 | Virtual Well-being Workshop

April 21, 2026
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
America/New_York
Online

Getting a good night’s rest means more than just feeling refreshed in the morning — prioritizing sleep is supportive of overall health and academic success by increasing focus and the ability to retain more information.

This workshop will describe what it means to practice good sleep hygiene and discuss ways to overcome common barriers to sleep.

Session open to all Columbia University students, regardless of school affiliation.

Note: This session will not be recorded, and slides are not shared. If you're no longer able to attend, please remove your registration.

Columbia University makes every effort to accommodate individuals with disabilities. If you require closed captioning, sign-language interpretation, or any other accommodation, please contact Disability Services at (212) 854-2388 or [email protected] at least 5 days in advance.
