Take a break and unwind in a peaceful, self-guided meditation space with University Life. Yoga mats will be available, along with a calming meditation video to follow at your own pace. Enjoy a quiet atmosphere to decompress, reflect, and relax. Snacks will be provided for all students who stop by. No registration required—just bring yourself and take a moment to recharge!
