Spring is here! Spend a Friday morning painting plein air in Central Park’s Conservatory Garden among the tulips and cherry blossoms.
Plein air, French for “open air,” refers to the act of painting in nature rather than an indoor location. All students will receive a mini watercolor kit and a sketchbook to create a beautiful piece inspired by nature. You’re welcome to bring your own watercolor supplies, too. Whether you’ve tried plein air before or want to try something new, join us for a beautiful April morning in Central Park!
*Students should plan to meet staff at the Sundial on the Morningside Campus. We will travel downtown together via the bus. Please note we are unable to cover transportation fares.
Registration is required, CUID holders only.
