Join us for an online fitness class on Zoom, taught remotely by one of our Dodge Fitness Center trainers!
Please be sure to RSVP to receive the Zoom link for the event.
This class includes high-intensity interval training (HIIT), which uses a variety of bodyweight exercises to improve cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn, plus Core Conditioning, which focuses on functional strength, core strength and posture. We suggest that you use a yoga mat for comfort while you perform these exercises.
This program will be recorded. If you choose to participate, you consent to being recorded. That means your image, voice, name, or other any other form of participation will be captured and may be shared after the program on any Columbia University platform.
