NECR February Webinar: From Theory to Practice

The M.S. in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution program is pleased to welcome two program alumni who will discuss how the NECR program impacted their careers and how they brought what they learned from the academy into the field. There will be time for audience QA at the end.

Rosie Chawla (NECR '17) has 19 years of business experience and various global project experiences. She currently works as a consultant and advisor to the UNESCO Center for Peace as the Director of Global Education and Partnerships. Her work includes designing field projects, collaborations, and curriculums on peacebuilding, conscious citizenship, Global Citizenship, Gender Equality, and Social Impact. She works with various countries to advance education, peace dialogues, human rights, and gender equality through activism. She also supports activists in the US and outside the US to promote their work.

Bryant Galindo (NECR '15) is a mediator, consultant, and founder of CollabsHQ, providing mediation, leadership communication coaching, workshop facilitation, and organizational development services for high-growth startups and established businesses. Bryant will publish his first book in May of 2022 titled "The New Middle: Using Heart and Mind to Collaboratively Disagree," which will discuss how to use the heart and mind connection to disagree more effectively in the workplace and life. Bryant currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.
