Do you have Zoom fatigue or want to challenge yourself physically? Now is the perfect time to enhance your well-being by joining the Movement Challenge! This 12-day experience takes inspiration from scavenger hunts, fitness challenges and recess, incorporating tasks that you can complete to gain points. The tasks provide fitness and wellness prompts that include safe outdoor engagement, when possible. Ready for some off-screen fun? Let's get moving! All fitness levels are welcome.
Dates: Monday, October 19 to Friday, October 30
Challenge goal: Complete as many movement challenges as possible throughout the 12 days of the event.
How: Participants will download a movement app for free or use the app online.
Prizes: Participants will be entered in a giveaway to win one of three prizes, plus bragging rights! RSVP is required.
Register by Thursday, October 15 at 11:59 PM EST. After you complete your registration, you will receive further details on October 16.
