12:00 PM - 1:15 PM
America/New_York
Philosophy Hall, 1150 Amsterdam Ave., New York, NY 10027 302

Conflict is a natural part of leadership. Using the Intercultural Conflict Styles (ICS) inventory, this workshop equips participants with tools to understand how their culture shapes their approach to conflict, navigate disagreement thoughtfully, communicate across tension, and respond to conflict in ways that prioritize respect, learning, and care.

This session is a part of the Community Citizenship Initiative (CCI) and is designed for first semester students who want to develop leadership skills grounded in self-awareness and inclusivity. Students attending this workshop will receive credit for CCI and will have their requirement considered complete.

Registration is required, but walk-ins will be admitted as space allows. CUID holders only.
