In this session, you will:
- Identify your personal conflict style
- Practice techniques for de-escalation and conflict resolution
- Increase your confidence in managing difficult conversations with care and intention
This session is a part of the Community Citizenship Initiative (CCI) and is designed for first semester students who want to develop conflict resolution skills grounded in care and respect. Students attending this workshop will receive credit for CCI and will have their requirement considered complete.
