Want to lead with more confidence, communicate better, and handle group dynamics without burning out? This interactive workshop introduces the Enneagram, a practical tool for understanding what drives you, how you respond under stress, and how you show up in teams.
You will complete a brief Enneagram assessment during the session, learn how to interpret your results, and walk away with simple strategies you can use right away in student leadership roles, meetings, and group projects.
You’ll leave with:
- A clearer sense of your leadership patterns and stress triggers
- Practical ways to work more effectively with different leadership styles
- A quick “how to work with me” plan you can use with your team
Come curious. Leave with tools you can actually use.
Registration is required, but walk-ins will be admitted as space allows. CUID holders only.
