The Leading with Others workshop is designed to help you navigate relationships and build community with intentionality. Through interactive exercises and guided discussion, you’ll explore how leadership works in real-world contexts and how you can foster connections that make a lasting difference.
In this workshop, you will:
- Discover strategies to engage across differences
- Strengthen skills in active listening and empathy
- Gain practical tools to approach difficult conversations
This session is a part of the Community Citizenship Initiative (CCI) and is designed for first semester students who want to develop leadership skills grounded in self-awareness and constructive dialogues. Students attending this workshop will receive credit for CCI and will have their requirement considered complete.
