Leadership is challenging even under the best of circumstances. In moments of uncertainty, leaders are tested in uniquely challenging ways. This workshop uses conversations and case-studies to reflect on past experiences, and share some best practices related to the need for strong leadership in the midst of complicated moments.
Registration is required, but walk-ins will be admitted as space allows. CUID holders only.
