Knowing, Being, and Doing – Understanding Yourself as a Leader

The Knowing, Being, and Doing workshop is designed to help you discover your leadership style and how to lead with purpose. You’ll explore your personal strengths, leadership approach, and the ways your experiences shape how you engage with others in the world. Through guided reflection and interactive activities, you’ll begin to define what it means to lead authentically, inclusively and intentionally.

In this workshop, you will:

  • Reflect on your personal strengths and leadership style
  • Examine how your lived experiences influence the way you lead and collaborate
  • Explore strategies for leading with authenticity, intention, and impact
  • Connect with peers and share insights in a supportive learning environment

Registration is required, but walk-ins will be admitted as space allows. CUID holders only.
