Join the NECR program to learn more about the intersection of the paralegal field and conflict resolution. Over the years, several NECR students with paralegal backgrounds have joined the program to learn skills and apply theoretical frameworks that either directly impacted their careers as paralegals or enabled them to make a career pivot that optimized their current skill sets and broadened their applicability.
