Join us for a roundtable discussion with faculty members sharing their experience navigating higher education as the first in their families to attend graduate school.

Our roundtable includes: Moderator - Hilda Hutcherson, Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Columbia University Medical Center; Senior Associate Dean for Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, College of Physicians and Surgeons Panelist - Tonda Hughes, Professor of Nursing, Associate Dean for Global Health Panelist - Micaela Martinez, Assistant Professor of Environmental Health Sciences Panelist - Carmela Alcantara, Associate Professor of Social Work Panelist - Malo Hutson, Associate Professor of Urban Planning This event is part of the Graduate Initiative for Inclusion & Engagement within the Office of University Life and is co-sponsored by the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement.
