Courageous Conversations is an interactive workshop designed to help participants engage in honest, respectful, and authentic conversations across differences. Developed by LeaderShape, Inc., it provides an opportunity to explore challenging topics, deepen self-awareness, and practice navigating difficult conversations with care and courage.

Through guided reflection, structured dialogue exercises, and small-group learning, you’ll build the skills to approach complex conversations thoughtfully, lean into discomfort, and use dialogue as a tool for personal growth and stronger connections with others.

This session is a part of the Community Citizenship Initiative (CCI) and is designed for first semester students who want to develop dialogue skills to better communicate across our differences. Students attending this workshop will receive credit for CCI and will have their requirement considered complete.

Registration needed, CUID required.
