Exchange cultures and recipes with the Columbia community! University Life Events Council is hosting Cooking Around the World from Monday, November 30 to Wednesday, December 9. In partnership with Columbia University International Students and Scholars Office, Columbia Dining, and Columbia Global Centers. Cooking Around the World will celebrate the rich cultural diversity on Columbia’s campus through a variety of activities, including cooking challenges, recipe swaps and more. Cooking Around the World invites all Columbia students to participate from wherever you may be in the ten-day experience and exchange knowledge about cuisine from each other’s cultures. As part of registration, we ask all participants to share a recipe inspired by their family traditions or cultural background. Closer to the deadline, you will receive an email with details, instructions and a recipe! All students who participate will be entered to win gift cards, kitchen tools, and more! RSVP is required.
