Community Mask Making

Join the University Life Events Council and the Columbia University COVID-19 Student Service Corps for a Community Mask Making event. Learn how to make masks for yourself while helping local organizations and others in need. Have fun, gain some sewing skills and connect with others both on and off campus. The Events Council will offer free materials at Philosophy Hall 208 on Monday, September 14 and Tuesday, September 15. RSVP for more information. Remote students, here are the materials you'll need for this event: -Needle -Thread -Two 6’x9’ pieces of fabric (alternative: old T-shirt, bandana, etc.) -Two 6.5’ elastic bands (alternative: hair ties) -Scissors -Two pins RSVP is required.
