The implications of changing U.S. immigration policies are more visible now than they have been in recent years. How does the changing immigration policy landscape affect students’ sense of belonging both at Columbia and in the wider community? This conversation will provide space for students to process how the current political climate impacts migrant and international students. Participants will be encouraged to define what resiliency looks like individually and communally in the face of adversity.
This program is part of University Life's Campus Conversations program which is a designed to bring students together across differences through dialogue led by their peers. These conversations are selected and facilitated by graduate students across Columbia's graduate and professional schools. All students are welcome to attend.
Registration is required, but walk-ins will be admitted as space allows. CUID holders only.
