A Climate of Change With Ethan Brown '08 of Beyond Meat

April 18, 2023
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
America/New_York
Columbia Business School, 665 W. 130th St., New York, NY 10027 David Geffen Hall

Join us for a dynamic conversation with Ethan Brown '08, founder, president, and CEO at Beyond Meat, to learn how the company is creating a better way to feed our future. By shifting from animal to plant-based meat, we can positively affect the planet, the environment, the climate, and even ourselves. The individual positive choices we make every day – no matter how small – can have a large collective impact on our world. Producing a Beyond Burger uses significantly less water, land, and energy – and it generates fewer greenhouse gas emissions (GHGE) than a beef burger.
