America/New_York
Kent Hall, 1140 Amsterdam Ave., New York, NY 10027 201

University Life invites you to join us for Campus Conversations on Friday, April 21 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. in Kent 201. During this session, University Life Ambassadors, Umit Muradi, and Aarja Chakraborty will lead participants in a conversation about media representation revolving around identity.

Forms of media such as film, television, music, art, etc. can promote positive images or, on the contrary, troubling narratives that distort a social group's image. Umit and Aarja aim to connect students from diverse backgrounds by guiding participants to understand our potential misperceptions of others better.

RSVP is required to attend this event. Please bring your CUID to check in on the day of.
