Being transgender involves a range of experiences, and in the current social and political climate, public discussions about transgender identities have become increasingly visible and charged. At Columbia, media coverage, policy debates, and social conversations shape how students experience and navigate their daily lives. Join us for a conversation about navigating day-to-day life and what these broader discussions mean in our personal, social, or campus contexts.
This program is part of University Life's Campus Conversations program which is a designed to bring students together across differences through dialogue led by their peers. These conversations are selected and facilitated by graduate students across Columbia's graduate and professional schools. All students are welcome to attend.
Registration is required, but walk-ins will be admitted as space allows. CUID holders only.
