Join us virtually for a Graduate Initiative Success Workshop focused on finding and cultivating relationships with your professional mentoring team. For this workshop, our facilitator will provide an introduction to the three modes of one-on-one professional development: Mentorship, Coaching & Sponsorship. Topics will include:

  • Characteristics of a good mentor, coach & sponsor 
  • Responsibilities of a mentor, coach, sponsor & mentee
  • Understand the principles of giving & receiving feedback & more
