Apartment-Friendly Fitness Class

Get moving with a fun virtual apartment-friendly fitness class, led by PEREC instructor Elise! Equipment-free total conditioning class that may include HIIT circuits, calisthenics, core strength, agility drills, and more. All fitness levels are welcome.

We suggest that you use a yoga mat for comfort while you perform these exercises. Columbia Intercollegiate Athletics and Physical Education offers fitness and wellness content designed for recreational purposes only. RSVP is required. After you complete your registration and submit the liability waiver, you'll receive a confirmation email with instructions on joining the Zoom link.
