- Become a University Life Ambassador! Passionate about building community at Columbia? As a University Life Ambassador, you can help promote a welcoming and inclusive campus for all Columbia students. Apply by June 2.
- Grad Hangout: Mocktails & Brunch (In-Person). Stop by and enjoy some delicious pastries, fresh fruit, Insomnia Cookies, and mocktails! Mingle with your peers by playing games, singing karaoke, or taking photos together at the photo booth. This event is part of University Life’s Graduate Initiative for Inclusion and Engagement. - Night at Butler (In-Person). Join the University Life Events Council and Columbia Libraries for this annual tradition! Come decompress before finals. You can make your own Zen garden or pet pock, hang with therapy dogs, relax with a guided meditation, and enjoy snacks – including Insomnia Cookies! Thursday, April 27, 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Register here.

Join University Life Ambassadors, Luciana Vazquez and Ferdinando Castro Gonzalez, as they lead a conversation on how to identify stress-inciting events and ways to cope. - Neurodiversity Awareness Day at Columbia University (Hybrid). This day-long event is full of educational seminars about autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and other related conditions. The event is designed to increase awareness and acceptance of neurodevelopmental disabilities and support neurodivergent individuals. Friday, April 21. 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Register here.

- Dismantling Stereotypes About Muslim Women in India Through Storytelling (Virtual). Panelists from India and the U.S. will share their perspectives, lived realities, and experiences as journalists, authors, and academics about how narratives can change stereotypes about Muslim women in India. - Kinky And Curious: Skills for Consensual Kink 101 (Virtual). Sex & pleasure educator Luna Matatas will be busting myths about kink, teaching skills like communicating your fantasy, giving and receiving consent, exploring fantasies and navigating shame.
