Campus Conversations: The Story of Your Name

University Life invites you to join us for Campus Conversations: The Story of Your Name! Names hold a lot of weight and can influence how a person or group of people are able to navigate the world. During this session, participants will be able to share the origin of their name, why it matters to them, and explore how names can indicate someone’s social status and be used against a person for discriminatory purposes. NOTE - Participating in this Conversation will fulfill the Inclusion & Belonging component of the Community Citizenship Initiative (CCI).

 

RSVP is required to attend this event. Please bring your CUID to check in on the day of.
