Columbia University’s COTAD Chapter is hosting a panel discussion with five OTs who are passionate about DEI issues within the field. These panelists will discuss their work experiences and utilization of DEI practices within their settings. This event will be open to the entire Columbia campus and will be a wonderful opportunity to share the OT field with the larger community.
