University Life, in partnership with the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement, invites you to join us for the Black and Latinx Roundtable with Columbia Faculty. At this roundtable event, Columbia faculty will share their experiences navigating their identities as members of the Black and Latinx/a/o community in higher education. Food and University Life swag will be provided.
The discussion will be moderated by Adina Berrios Brooks, Associate Provost for Faculty Diversity and Inclusive Pathways, Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Advancement. Panelists include:
- Frances Negrón-Muntaner, Julian Clarence Levi Professor in the Humanities
- Jose L. McFaline-Figueroa, Assistant Professor of Biomedical Engineering
- Kellie Bryant, Associate Professor of Nursing at CUMC
- Nina Alvarez, CBS Assistant Professor of International Journalism
- Rob Eschmann, Associate Professor of Social Work
